How are you?
No, really, how are you?
I harvested a batch of herbs this week and my tiny harvest makes me smile.
Growing something from seed is a first for me. We’ve had all sorts of experiences this year that qualify as firsts in many different areas of our lives.
What are your firsts in this stupendous year?
Ta da! Announcing Affordable Calm & Balance
I’m seeding another first this month by offering a sliding scale of payment to enable those whose income has been impacted by the pandemic to be able to access exactly what they need to keep them on an even keel.
This means you can attend one of my online weekly yoga or monthly mindfulness classes for as little as £3 until your work/life becomes more stable. There will be the regular session rates plus an Angel rate for those who are in a position to support someone in financial difficulty with a small £2 donation to subsidise their session.
Weekly Hatha Yoga recommences on Monday, 7 September at the later time of 6.30 to 7.30 pm
Monthly Mindfulness Meditation practice begins on Tuesday, 29 September from 6.30 to 7.30 pm
Recordings will be available, as usual, for those unable to attend the livestream.
All sessions can be paid by bank transfer with info in the above links to classes.
Why not sprout your very own angel wings and let folks know about this post so they can find out a bit more and maybe sign up and get going!
There are more people than we can imagine who may need you to sign post them to something that gives them a sense of self-sufficiency and hope as they leave the whirling stream of a troubled mind and drop into the settled ground of the body during an online class.
Remember to always keep it kind,
Yasmin x

Yasmin thank you so much. This is just what I needed to gently massage and prepare my body and mind back into yoga practice. The deep relaxation has once more turned me into a Dali painting, my body melting into the floor.
Namaste
