These retreats are an opportunity to practice simple but effective tools to help anchor frazzled minds back into the present moment as we connect to the wisdom in the body and move, sense, breathe and connect to the natural world to build a firmer foundation for health and happiness.
You will leave feeling more in touch with yourself, with a sense of your place in the world, and a readiness to flow with life aligned to what matters to you.

If you are unable to attend the retreat the following cancellation charges will apply:
4 weeks before retreat date – No refund
2 months before retreat date – 75% refund
3 months before retreat date – Refund less 10% admin charge
In the event that your cancelled space is taken by another, a full refund will be given less a 10% admin charge.
