There are different types of day retreats I offer:
- Retreats for participants and graduates of eight-week courses with an established meditation practice.
- Retreats for beginners and those with more experience who would like to experience a day of practice to learn and nourish
The retreats are days of, mostly, silence to press pause, connect with yourself, awaken your vitality, and build your self-care and self-acceptance abilities.
It is best to dress in layers of loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, cushions for meditation if you intend to sit on the floor, plus a warm rug or blanket.
